SEVEN SECRETS OF THE MILLIONAIRES
by Stuart Goldsmith

"Do You Sincerely Want to be
Wealthy?"
It's a simple question.
Think for a short while about the changes it would bring to your life.
Imagine winning several million pounds on the lottery. Would your life
be better?
Of course it would. People say they don't want to be rich but then spend
money on the lottery
so that they can become rich.
In real life, money makes a big difference. It can’t buy you
health and it can’t guarantee you genuine success in human relationships,
and it cannot ensure happiness (that is an internal state) but it certainly
improves your chances in all of these things, and the rest is yours for
the asking.
And by the way, in case you hadn’t noticed, poverty
doesn’t do a lot for your health or happiness either, and lack
of money has certainly destroyed millions of marriages over the years.
What
makes a millionaire?
Why are some people wealthy and others poor?
Are there secrets which the ordinary person can learn which will
improve their chances of making a million pounds?
Stuart Goldsmith, author of The Midas Method, thinks so.
In this fascinating book, which is a great sequel to
the Midas Method, he talks about the seven 'secrets' to wealth. He believes it
is possible for
anyone of moderate ability to become a millionaire.
Stuart believes that if you can master each of the
seven secrets you could have an excellent chance of reaching your dream
level of wealth. The book is based upon hard-won experience gained during
his own struggle to rise from flat-broke to millionaire status. Stuart
also researched other millionaires and even one billionaire for this
book.
You may have read other ideas on this subject and been unimpressed.
Stuart Goldsmith's theories are all contained in this remarkable
book for you to discover.
Millions of people have amassed a fortune in their own lifetime - why
not read Stuart's fascinating account of how they did it and learn the
secrets for yourself?
One secret is believing that you can make a million.
This is the reason that people who have made a million and then lose
it, can make another million. They have already done just that and know
they can do it again. They don't just believe they can make a million.
They know they can. Here are Stuart's own words on this:
"In contrast, those who have made a million and lost it know with 100%
ice-cold certainty that they can make this kind of money again. They’ve
done it once; they’ll do it again if need be. It is this certainty
which allows them to repeat their previous success. Sure, they have some
technical knowledge and experience which comes in handy the second (or
third) time around, but the real secret is their
belief.
They believe they can do it. Actually, they know they can do
it.
The poor person is filled with doubt and indecision; this prevents
them from taking action. They are afraid to fail when really, they have
nothing to lose.
If you’re broke, what can you lose? Nothing. "

Stuart continues:
"The point is not to accumulate money for its own sake. Money is an
enabling force. It allows you to be the real you; to go wherever you
want to, to achieve whatever you desire, to actualise your dreams.
It allows a life of power as opposed to a life of quiet desperation
and hopeless mediocrity. I am passionate about living a life of power.
It unsettles me to see non-achievement in others - particularly those
with ability.
We only have one life. This is it."
Stuart believes there is no life after this. I disagree
with him on this point but agree that we only have one life on earth
and need to make the most of it. Money can help us to do this and can
help us to help others.
If you feel that making millions is selfish, make your
millions for the fun of it and because it will make you grow in skill
and personality and then give some of your millions away.
Stuart, too, argues that you should make millions for
the fun of it:
"This will sound strange but I believe you should have
a go at making a few million just for the fun of it. People who have
a one-to-one consultation with me will know that I am fond of asking: “What
other plans do you have, apart from trying your very hardest to be all
you can be, to fight, to dare and to win?”
Let me ask you - what other plans could you possibly have that
are more pressing than this? Flipping mags? Watching some more TV? Drinking
down the pub? I’m anxious to hear them...
Surely there is only one plan worth having? At least it seems that
way to me. The only plan a rational human being can have is to be all
you are capable of being. To push the limits and keep growing until the
day you die. To try for that next goal - to shoot for the bigger dream.
This is a masterful life. A life filled with power. A life worth living."
To become a millionaire we may have to overcome the habits of a life
time and this may take time. There is a price to pay as well and willpower
come into it in a big way. We need to choose a way of making money that
we enjoy or we will give up in weeks.
The above ideas are from Chapter One of 'Seven Secrets of the Millionaires'.
Why not read the rest of the book and really get going on the challenge
of a life time. It is never too late to start. Even if you are already
'between sixty and death', what have you got to lose?
" Every single word of this book is spot
on. Stuart Goldsmith is a realist and I think very accurate. Every
single word he says can be born about by your own experience. I
could not find a single fault in the whole thing.
The book helps
to clarify all the points needed to succeed. It helps to have them
laid out before you in a clear manner so you can see what you are
up against.
Stuart suggests that one way to become wealthy
is to come up with an original, creative idea for a product or
service which you believe the public will want to buy from you.
Once you have come up with the idea, make lots and sell lots. Everyone
will try to stop you, including yourself.
As a direct result of
reading the book I have started three separate projects for products
which I intend to sell and make millions."
